Touching Towns brings hotels, homestays, flights and cab trip planning into one account. Hotels and homestays can be booked with clear room, pricing and policy information. Flights currently offer live fare previews; flight booking is not enabled on this website. Buses and hourly stays are coming soon on the same platform.

What hygiene information is available before booking?

Each listing may include room details, housekeeping information, available facilities, check-in and check-out times, property policies and representative photos. The information shown can vary by property and room category.

Can I book hotels by the hour?

Hourly stays are coming soon. When they launch, participating hotels will show the supported duration, check-in time, availability and rate before you book. Overnight hotel and homestay bookings are available now.

Are the room photos on the website real?

Property and room photos are provided to help guests understand the stay. Room layouts, furnishings, views and exact appearance may vary by room category, so review the current gallery and room description before booking.

Which cities currently have active properties?

The website displays destinations with currently available hotel inventory. Availability can change when properties or rooms are added, paused or updated, so the hotel search page is the current source for available stays.

How do I use a promo code?

Copy the code from an offer on the Deals & Coupons page and enter it in the coupon section before payment. The system checks the offer status, booking dates, stay type, minimum booking value, eligible hotels and usage limits. When the code is valid, the discount appears in the booking summary before payment.

Is my payment secure?

Payments are processed through the connected secure payment provider and the booking is confirmed only after payment confirmation. Touching Towns does not directly store complete card or banking credentials entered on the payment provider's checkout.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation eligibility, deductions and the estimated refund depend on the selected room policy, booking status, payment status and the time remaining before check-in. Review the applicable terms before payment and check the cancellation estimate in My Bookings before confirming a cancellation.
